Our processing time is 2-3 days. This is the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order before it is shipped.

We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped out as soon as possible. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you to let you know.

Damages and issues 

Please record a video of your order upon reception and opening and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a new items at no cost. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, the delivery date, tracking information, and the shipping carrier so the customer can investigate.

We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If the tracking information shows your items were delivered but you haven't received them, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received them by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
